Jeffrey C. Toppe has a diverse consumer protection litigation practice representing individuals and groups of individuals in class actions and mass actions in state courts and in arbitration against businesses accused of unlawful practices harming consumers. Jeffrey was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2018, 2019 and 2020 and was named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 for 2018. Jeffrey is an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law.
